Drain Channel
"Reliable surface drainage for walkways, residential areas, and retail spaces."
STANDARD FRP DRAIN CHANNEL
Safe, Seamless, and Efficient Water Management
Designed to handle moderate water flow in pedestrian-friendly zones, our standard composite drain channels offer a sleek, flush finish. They effortlessly collect and redirect surface water without the bulk, maintenance, or rusting issues associated with traditional cast-iron and concrete trenches.
Key Benefits:
Pedestrian Safe: Features a precisely engineered, flush-fitting grating that eliminates trip hazards for walkers and wheelchairs.
Lightweight Profile: Easy to transport and assemble on-site without the need for heavy lifting equipment, reducing labor costs.
Corrosion Resistant: 100% composite material guarantees zero rust, rotting, or pavement staining from continuous water exposure.
Sleek Aesthetics: The clean composite design blends perfectly with paving stones, concrete sidewalks, and residential hardscaping.
Drain Channel
"Maximum load-bearing strength for roadways, loading docks, and factories."
HEAVY-DUTY INDUSTRIAL DRAIN CHANNEL
Uncompromising Durability for Extreme Environments
Engineered specifically for high-demand commercial environments, these reinforced drain channels withstand the constant stress of heavy commercial vehicles, forklifts, and industrial machinery. They provide unyielding structural integrity and rapid, high-capacity water clearance where it matters most.
Key Benefits:
High Load Capacity: Rigorously tested to endure commercial truck weights and extreme pressure without cracking or collapsing.
Chemical Imperviousness: Completely unaffected by harsh industrial chemicals, automotive oils, fertilizers, and road de-icing salts.
Anti-Rattle Design: Securely fastened, heavy-duty grates eliminate the noise and danger of covers shifting or rattling under vehicle tires.
Impact Resilient: FRP composite absorbs shocks, vibrations, and thermal expansion far better than brittle concrete channels.
Drain Channel
"Discreet, high-volume water management for premium public landscapes."
SLOTTED ARCHITECTURAL DRAIN CHANNEL
Invisible Protection for High-End Hardscaping
When aesthetics are critical, our slotted channels provide high-capacity stormwater collection hidden entirely beneath a minimalist surface profile. Leaving only a narrow, unobtrusive slot visible, they preserve the clean visual flow of high-end architectural designs, plazas, and premium outdoor facilities.
Key Benefits:
Minimalist Visuals: Leaves a nearly invisible footprint that seamlessly integrates into premium natural stone or decorative paving.
Heel-Safe & Compliant: The specially designed narrow slot prevents high heels, walking canes, or wheelchair wheels from getting caught.
High-Volume Intake: Despite the slim surface opening, the hidden subsurface composite channel manages massive amounts of stormwater runoff.
Theft & Vandal Resistant: The fully embedded, frameless installation makes unauthorized removal or tampering virtually impossible.
Key Advantages of Fibera FRP Drain Channel:
Superior Hydraulic Efficiency
Engineered with a smooth composite interior that prevents debris buildup, ensuring rapid surface water runoff and preventing localized flooding even during heavy rainfall.
Quick & Modular Installation
The lightweight, interlocking design allows for rapid assembly and placement. This dramatically reduces labor costs, heavy lifting requirements, and overall project time.
Zero Theft Risk
Manufactured entirely from Fiber Reinforced Plastic, our drain channel gratings hold zero scrap metal value, permanently eliminating the risk and replacement costs of stolen covers.
100% Rust & Corrosion Proof
Unlike traditional cast iron or concrete trenches, our FRP composite material is completely impervious to continuous water exposure, harsh chemicals, and road salts.
Testing and Quality Control
Ensuring zero-failure performance and global compliance through rigorous BS EN 124 testing protocols.

Load Capacity & Permanent Set Testing
Structural integrity is our absolute priority. Every Fibera FRP cover undergoes rigorous point-load capacity and permanent set testing, strictly adhering to the BS EN 124:2015 European standard. To simulate decades of real-world highway traffic, we subject our covers to advanced multiple-load cycling. This exhaustive testing process guarantees zero structural compromise and prevents permanent deformation under extreme vehicular stress.

30-Point Engineering Visual Inspection
Automated manufacturing meets meticulous human oversight. At Fibera, quality assurance is never left to chance. Immediately following the curing process, our dedicated structural engineers conduct a precise visual and dimensional assessment of every single unit. No product leaves our facility without successfully passing a stringent 30-point Quality Control (QC) checklist, ensuring flawless surface finishes and structural uniformity before dispatch.

Raw Material Purity & Batch Validation
The ultimate strength of an FRP composite lies in its underlying chemistry. We maintain strict, climate-controlled storage environments to protect our raw components from humidity, moisture, and particulate contamination. Before entering the production line, our in-house laboratory conducts comprehensive batch testing on all resins and fiberglass reinforcements, ensuring they perfectly match our exacting mechanical specifications.

Precision Manufacturing & Plant Calibration
Consistent manufacturing excellence demands flawless equipment. To eliminate process variations and unexpected machinery inconsistencies, Fibera operates under a highly proactive, preventive maintenance protocol. Our advanced compression molding infrastructure is routinely calibrated, inspected, and maintained by our technical team. This guarantees peak operational efficiency and ensures every FRP cover is molded to precise dimensional tolerances, batch after batch.
Standard Installation Guidelines
Proper installation is critical for long-term performance. Follow these mandatory steps for frame bedding and haunching to ensure your Fibera FRP covers maintain maximum structural integrity.
Trench Preparation & Concrete Bedding
Excavate a trench wide and deep enough to accommodate the drain channel and its required concrete encasement. Pour a solid, level concrete base (minimum M-20 grade) to ensure the entire length of the channel has full, continuous ground support.
Channel Alignment & Precision Leveling
Position the drain channels into the prepared trench, connecting the modular sections securely end-to-end. Use a spirit level to accurately adjust the height so the top edge of the channel sits perfectly flush with the final surrounding surface, ensuring seamless water runoff and preventing impact shocks.
Side Haunching & Void Elimination
Pour concrete or mortar along both outer sides of the installed channel to lock it securely in place. Carefully compact the material to eliminate any underlying gaps or voids, creating a solid base that can withstand external pressure and heavy loads.
Grate Installation & Final Curing
Place the FRP gratings securely into the channel frame. Clean any excess mortar from the grates and edges, and allow the concrete encasement to fully cure and bond before exposing the surface to pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
