Group 1: 2.5 MT (Extra Light Duty - ELD)

  • Suitable for: Bicycle & pedestrian load. Takes point load up to 2500 Kg.
  • Applications: Cycle Path, Footpath, Garden, Indoor Locations.

Group 2: 5 MT (Light Duty - LD)

  • Suitable for: Motorcycle & 3-wheel load. Takes point load up to 5000 Kg.
  • Applications: Curb side of car parking, Motorcycle & 3-wheeler parking.

Group 3: 12.5 MT (Medium Duty - B125)

  • Suitable for: SUV car movement. Takes point load up to 12.5 Metric Ton.
  • Applications: Car only road, Basement parking, Service lane.

Group 4: 25 MT (Heavy Duty - C250)

  • Suitable for: Curbside of main road. Takes point load up to 25 MT.
  • Applications: Curbside of main road, School bus, Ambulance.

Group 5: 40 MT (Extra Heavy Duty - D400)

  • Suitable for: Main traffic road. Takes point load up to 40 MT.
  • Applications: Fire tender movement, Heavy vehicle movement.

Group 6: 60 MT (Super Heavy Duty - E600)

  • Suitable for: Industrial road. Takes point load up to 60 MT.
  • Applications: Dockyard lane, Airport hangar, Industrial vehicle movement.

How We Test

The "Permanent Set" Protocol

Meeting a static load limit is not enough. Fibera FRP products undergo a Permanent Set Test. This involves subjecting the cover to multiple, extreme loading cycles within a short time frame. We measure the cover to ensure there is zero permanent deformation or loss of structural integrity after repeated stress.

1. Load Capacity & Permanent Set Testing

All Fibera FRP covers undergo rigorous point load capacity and permanent set testing in strict accordance with the BS EN 124:2015 European standard. To ensure absolute structural integrity under heavy, real-world traffic conditions, we conduct advanced multiple-loading tests. This process guarantees that zero permanent deformation occurs in the cover after enduring repeated stress cycles within a short timeframe.

2. 30-Point Engineering Visual Inspection

A precise visual assessment is a critical first step in verifying the condition of any FRP composite. At Fibera, quality assurance is never left to chance. Our dedicated structural engineers individually inspect every single cover immediately after production. No product leaves our facility without strictly passing a comprehensive 30-point Quality Control (QC) checklist before dispatch.

3. Raw Material Purity & Batch Testing

The ultimate strength of an FRP composite begins with the quality of its raw components. We actively prevent material contamination from humidity, moisture, and debris by storing all raw elements indoors within highly controlled, non-contaminating protective environments. Before entering the production line, our in-house laboratory rigorously tests every single batch of resin and fiberglass to ensure it meets our exact mechanical specifications.
